“We had the most amazing time at the surprise birthday party we had at Kinsale. The food was awesome. The short ribs, the haddock, and kielbasa all were fantastic!! Asparagus was cooked perfectly. Our waitress Jan was excellent. Very pleasant and was there when you needed her. The bartender who's name I didnt get was great. Chris you made the whole planning thing very easy. “I just want to thank you, Jackie, Jessica and kitchen staff, and all the wait staff for a wonderful party last Saturday! The food was really delicious! People loved the beef (some of the best we've ever had), the pasta and sauces, and the potatoes! Really, we have gotten so many compliments on the food and how tasty the meal was. We loved the room and how private our party felt, and we appreciated how kind, helpful and attentive the wait staff was. Jackie was especially wonderful at orchestrating everything in the room and answering any question that popped up (like, when should I cut the cake?!). “Hey there - Greta from Maine — just wanting to say... on the advice of dear friends we searched out (via the giant seahorse) your lovely place for dinner... and are so pleased that we did!! Your staff is reason enough to come back and.. your food and fixin's were wonderful. Black n' tan chips are a new found favorite, and the mozzerella/tomato/fresh basil blackened scallops - yum yum yum. I will absolutely be back when in the neighborhood and have already shared with friends what a treasure is tucked away in Mattapoisett.... thank you for a delightful evening! —Greta from Maine

“I was in the bar Friday night and we ordered Pumpkin Martinis, highly recommended by our wonderful waitress. (She called them "pumpkin deliciousness") We LOVED them. I plan to make them for Thanksgiving... Also, while I am here...the musician on was terrific. Great music to enjoy conversation and pumpkin martinis by!

“We stayed at the Inn last weekend looking for a quiet winter get-away, the room was very pleasant with a lovely view of the harbor. The food was excellent, we enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. The entertainment was outstanding and one group was coming back the next weekend so I booked us in again in order to enjoy, the food the room and the entertainment. We found the Inn to be very quiet in the guest quarters, despite the entertainment in the lounge.”
